After competing seriously in triathlons for 8 years I wanted to try something new and with less pressure on myself. Wildway is such a fun place to keep fit and you learn so much along the way. This is a brilliant gym. My partner and I have been members here for nearly four years. Through training consistently with Wildway, we've both noticed big gains in fitness, strength and size! The coaches are really helpful and welcoming. They make lifting weights enjoyable! They give lots of detail and guidance with each exercise for everyone. I always learned something new about lifting weights in this gym - especially with the more complex Olympic lifts. I definitely recommend this gym.
I can't recommend Wild Way CrossFit enough. An amazing gym with absolutely fantastic coaches. I joined for the month of December to keep fit while in Galway for the Christmas period, and can honestly say I've learned so much in such a short period of time. Each coach goes above and beyond to ensure you receive the best guidance and encouragement, in an enthusiastic and welcoming manner. I would highly recommend for both beginners, and more advanced gym goers :)
